Are you 60+? Would you like to start a club, share an activity or hobby with other Seniors? The Town of Mono is presently looking for Seniors who would like to volunteer their talents with other Seniors

On Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., members of the Dufferin Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) will be hosting a community open house at the Primrose Detachment, located at 506312 Highway 89, Town of Mono.

Suitable for adults of all fitness levels, Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movements, controlled breathing, and focused awareness to promote physical and mental well-being.

Come out and join the Friends of Island Lake as we enjoy the trails at Island Lake Conservation Area. Ask questions, find out more and help support the maintenance of these beautiful trails right here in our community. Visit the turtle info booth and learn more about the turtles who live right here at ILCA. Hope to see you there! Date and Time: Sunday, September 28th8am – 1pm.

Dream Career 2025 will showcase career opportunities in trades, healthcare, technology, business, nonprofit, and more — helping students explore the possibilities for their futures.

Challenge yourself, your family, friends or anyone, to complete the one day 25 Km hike through the spectacularly serene yet invigorating fields and forests of the Boyne River Valley section of Dufferin Hi-Land.

Bring the kids in their Halloween costumes, pick out a pumpkin to carve, watch a movie and enjoy some hot chocolate and sample some freeze dried candy!
