What an incredible Halloween week in Mono!
On October 26th, more than 125 little ghosts, goblins, witches, and superheroes filled Mono Community Centre with laughter and excitement for our Children’s Halloween Party. Families enjoyed pumpkin and cupcake decorating, crafts, live entertainment, a scary haunted house, a photo booth, and of course—plenty of treats! A huge thank you to our amazing sponsors, volunteers, the Recreation Advisory Committee, and Town staff who helped make this event such a memorable success!
Then, on November 2nd, the Monora Pumpkin Trail came alive with the glow of 800+ carved pumpkins lighting up over 1.5 km of trail at Monora Park! Thank you to everyone who donated their incredible pumpkin creations and to all who joined us for the magical evening walk. Over 250 lbs of food was collected for the food bank — thank you for your generosity! Guests also enjoyed hot apple cider courtesy of Mono’s Recreation Advisory Committee, and after the event, pumpkins were donated to local farms for the animals to enjoy.
