- Comments and opinions submitted on this matter, including the author’s name, address and/or email address, become part of the public record and may be viewed by the public and/or published in Municipal reports, documents and/or agendas.
- If you wish to be notified of any Town Council decision(s) regarding the proposed Applications, you must make a written request to the Town Clerk.
- If a person or public body would otherwise have an ability to appeal the decision of Council to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) but the person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the Town before the by-law is passed, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision.
- This Notice provides interested citizens and stakeholders with an opportunity to attend this In-Person Meeting, or alternatively via On-Line Virtual Access, concerning a DRAFT Zoning Bylaw Amendment (ZBA) that, if approved, would permit a Draft Plan of (Residential) Subdivision to develop 349 dwelling units, as proposed by Line 2 Developments Inc.
