Please be aware that Hydro One will be working with its contractor Honeywell to upgrade electricity meters in the Town of Mono. On the installation day, a technician will attempt to notify you before starting the replacement. Depending on your meter's configuration, you may experience a brief power outage.

You should receive notification from Hydro One either by email or an automated phone call:
- The email address Hydro One will use for this notificaiton is Connect@me.HydroOne.com. Please check your junk or spam folders for an email from this address.
- The automated phone call will come from 1-888-726-1678.
- Leading up to the replacement, you may receive a text message from 1 (705) 413-0930.
To ensure you receive timely reminders and notifications, please visit the Hydro One website to update your contact information.
Verification:
You may verify the identity of the technician and that the technician has authorization to perform work on behalf of Hydro One by calling the meter scheduling centre: 1.888.726.1678.
The centre is open between 7:30 A.M. and 8 P.M. ET Monday to Friday.
