Beginner Tai Chi Classes with Happy Chi Academy
A series of ancient Chinese movements which focus on balance, flexibility, relaxation at a gentle and controlled pace. Tai Chi has many health benefits including better sleep, reduced blood pressure. It is very good for mental and physical health.
In this 10-week program, you will learn how to do a "short" set of 17 moves in an enjoyable relaxing environment.

This program will run on Tuesdays from February 3rd to Tuesday, April 7th. Time: 10:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. Location: Mono Community Centre (Lower South room).
