The Council of the Town of Mono passed Development Charge By-law No. 2021-48 on the 14th day of September 2021 under section 2(1) of the Development Charges Act, 1997; s.o., 1997 c27,
and that any person or organization may appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal under Section 14 of the Act, in respect of the development charge by-law, by filing with the Clerk of the Town of Mono on or before the 25th day of October, 2021 (the day that is 40 days after the day the by-law is passed) a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the by-law and the reasons supporting the objection.
