Due to the Canada Post service strike, you may not receive your water bill in the mail as usual. However, please remember that you are still required to pay your water bill on time.
If you are signed up for email billing, your bill will be sent directly to your email.
If you haven’t enrolled yet, now is the perfect time to do so! To receive your bill via email, simply email the Tax and Water Department at cathy.crawford@townofmono.com and include your

- Account number
- Email address
For those who prefer not to receive their bill by email, we are happy to provide an alternative. You can call our office ahead of time at 519-941-3599 ext. 223, and we will prepare your bill for pickup at Town Hall (347209 Mono Centre Road) during our business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
