On July 26, 2011 the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Mono, pursuant to By-law 1995-25, declared the following real property as surplus and authorized its sale to the abutting landowners.
Part 1 and Part 3 of Registered Plan 7R-5883 as indicated on the key maps below
The lands presently form a portion of the original unopened road allowance for Brooklea Road. Due to the size of the lands, being too small to form stand-alone lots, they are being offered for sale to the abutting landowners.
