The online programs offered as part of the partnership between the Town of Mono and the Oshawa Seniors Community Centre 55+ continue in Winter 2022.

Programs begin January 5 and go until March 2022! The programs are hosted on Zoom. No registration is needed!

How to Connect to an Online Program

  1. Select the date of the online class, program, or seminar/workshop on the Online Program Schedule page.
  2. Press the date for a dropdown.
  3. Press the appropriate time and activity name.
  4. Go to the link included.
  5. Follow the directions on the Zoom page.

    10:30 am to 12:00 pm, beginning January 10 for 10 weeks
  • Healthy Bones (15/15/15: 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of strength training, and 15 minutes of stretching for a full body workout)
