Starting with the meeting on May 12, 2020 at 9 am, the public is invited and encouraged to join the Public Question Period of virtual / online Council meetings.
To join the online / virtual question period, attendees will first register online and will receive a meeting ID (access code) through email. On the date of the meeting, the attendees will access the software being used for online / virtual Council meetings. The software can be accessed online using Google Chrome's web browser or by downloading & installing an app on a computer or mobile device.
To receive a meeting ID for the meeting for the next virtual /online meeting, you must register 24 hours before the start of the meeting.
