On June 9, 2022, Jutta Holdenried received Credit Valley Conservation Authority's (CVC) prestigious Outstanding Volunteer award for her work with Mono’s Pollinator Garden. The Pollinator Garden — one of the largest in Canada — is located at 246366 Hockley Road, 1 km east of Hwy 10. The Garden was designed, created and is maintained by about 25 local volunteers. Jutta, who has been with the Garden since its inception in 2016, directs the garden’s planting and maintenance programs. This CVC award recognizes her tireless work on the ground and her creative leadership of our Garden volunteers.
