On June 13, 2023 the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Mono, pursuant to By-law 2022-41, shall consider the matter of declaring the following real property as surplus with the intent of offering it for sale to adjacent landowners.
Part of original road allowance between Concessions 6 and 7 EHS, Town of Mono, County of Dufferin (presently forms a portion of the original road allowance for 6th Line, prior to the existing road deviation and identified on the Key Map as areas A, B, C, & I) & West Part Lot 8, Concession 7 EHS, Town of Mono, County of Dufferin (identified on Key Map as area D).
Any person or agency may make a written submission either in support of or in opposition to the proposed Application. Written comments must be submitted to the Town prior to June 6, 2023 and should be mailed to Fred Simpson, Clerk, at Town Hall 347209 Mono Centre Road, Mono, ON L9W 6S3 or by email to clerksoffice@townofmono.com. In lieu of written submissions, you may attend the public meeting to be held on June 13, 2023 at 10 am in council chambers.
