NEC Development Permit: 893112 6th Line E — Construction of a one storey Stable, Arena, Sand Riding Ring, and Extend Driveway

Town of Mono has been asked to review an application to the NEC for the construction of a one storey ± 3,705 m² (± 39,880 ft²) stable & arena with a height-to-peak of ± 9.1 metres (30 feet); construct a ± 1,830 m² (19,698 ft²) sand riding ring; and extend an existing driveway and construct a new driveway and parking areas.
