NEC Development Permit: 834235 4th Line — Expansion to an Existing Commercial/Residential Use
Town of Mono has been asked to review an application to the NEC for an expansion and refurbishment to an existing commercial/residential use (retreat centre/principal residence). The proposal includes a two story (743 square metres) main commercial building with accommodations, renovations to an existing barn/conference building, a one storey single dwelling (650 square metres), a one story accessory building (260 square metres), a 92.9 square metres open air covered pavilion and associated sewage disposal systems, an electrical transformer pad and electrical service sheds, advertising sign (non-illuminated), driveway extension, parking area and parking lot lighting.
