Subject Property: 635518 Highway 10, Mono

Purpose: The Applicants are seeking approval for a Minor Variance from the Secondary Dwelling Unit provisions of the Zoning Bylaw 78-1, as amended to permit a Secondary Dwelling Unit on the Subject Property. The Subject Property is 4.22 Ha whereas 10 Ha are required to allow a Secondary Dwelling Unit per Section 5(1)(i). The proposed Unit complies with the other provisions of this section.
