Minor Variance: Second Dwelling on Mono Adjala Townline

Purpose:
The proposed development consists of renovating a portion of an existing detached accessory building into a secondary dwelling unit. The secondary dwelling unit will be approximately 51 m² in floor area and located approximately 103 m from the principal dwelling. The secondary dwelling unit will be used for visiting family and friends not as a vacation or rental property.

A minor variance is required to permit a minimum gross floor area of 51 m²; whereas, 74 m² is required, and to permit a setback of 103.06 m from the principal dwelling; whereas, 50 m maximum is required.
