Applicant is seeking relief for an in-law suite addition that does not comply with Section 5(1)(h)(ii): The maximum size of such an accessory apartment shall be a maximum of 30% of the gross floor area of a single detached dwelling house, excluding the basement and private garage. The existing dwelling is 1100 ft². The proposed suite is 1216 ft².
