Please plan on joining us at Relessey again this year for our annual Memorial Service.

This year we are honoured to have the Rev. Kent Ward and Mark Dubois, and Family, returning to lead our service.    

Rev. Kent Ward, was a local Minister for many years who now is in charge at Trinity United in the Town of Beeton. He is no stranger to Relessey as he was our storyteller at many of our Christmas Carol services in the past. We are extremely pleased to have him return to lead this years’ service.  

And many of you will know of World Renowned Lyric Tenor Mark Dubois who is our musical guest again this year.  Mark, and Family, have honoured us on many occasions with music & song and we look forward to having them join us again this year.  

As always we are constantly endeavoring to keep our church & cemetery grounds in good repair and well maintained. We very much appreciate any and all donations & contributions that are received. It is a lot of work by our Board members but it is also a labour of love. Relessey Church and Cemetery is a beautiful and peaceful place, and an important part of Mono’s heritage.  

If you wish to place flowers in the sanctuary at the service please notify us so that they can be acknowledged during the service.

Once a request for vendor table is received, a staff member will be in contact to secure your table and process payment.

  • Rental fee is non-refundable.

  • ONE  TABLE and TWO CHAIRS will be provided per rental fee. Table and chairs are the property of the Organizer and damage to them must be paid for by the Vendor.

  • Pets, alcoholic beverages, and smoking are prohibited.

  • The Town of Mono is not responsible for accidents or injuries during the set-up of the event, the event, or tearing down the event. This includes people assisting Vendors.

  • The Town of Mono is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise and/or money.

  • Vendors will have access to set-up their table on Friday, November 7 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday, November 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Elevator is available for use.

  • Burning candles is prohibited.
    ‍
  • Vendors are requested to remain set-up until the close of the event at 4:00 p.m. All items that were brought by the Vendor must be removed by the Vendor.

  • The Vendor will not sublet or rent out their assigned space at any time.

  • The Organizer is permitted to take photographs of the booths, Vendors and the event. The Organizer is permitted to use these photographs for advertisement or promotion purposes.

  • Nothing can be glued, taped, or tacked to the walls.
    ‍
  • Electricity is available but limited. Please let us know in advance if you will need it. Extension cords will not be provided. Cords must be secured to the floors with tape.

  • Limited internet available. Internet is not guaranteed at all times.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own cashbox and table covering.
    ‍
  • Payment will secure your table at the event.
