1:00 to 2:00 pm: Strumming Seniors (Cost: Free)
Play the ukulele with us. We have ukuleles available to borrow if you want to try it before you buy it. Perfect for beginners.

11:00 am to 12:00 pm: Exercise Classes (Cost: Free)
Video-led workouts adaptable for any level and mobility. Tuesdays: Arthritis Foundations. Wednesdays: Strength & Stretch. Fridays: VON SMART Exercises.
11:45 am to 12:15 pm: Fairweather Walkers (Cost: Free)
A group goes out for a walk in the neighbouring subdivision or chooses to do a seniors walking workout video indoors.
