Green Fest Payment Form

Modify the inputs in this section to be applicable for the payment form. Before this form is public, add the following attribute (in Custom Attribute" settings):

Name: hidden
Value: hidden

Modify the values to what they need to be.

Ones that are needed may be deleted. Some, such as quantity, may need to be presented to the user. To do this, simply move it out of the hidden inputs fieldset.
