Notice of Public Meeting | Committee of Adjustment A04/19
The Committee of Adjustment will hold a public meeting in the Council Chambers at Mono Town Hall (347209 Mono Centre Road). The meeting is being held to consider an application for minor variance which has been submitted. The following are the particulars:

Location: 674241 Hurontario Street, Part of the WEst Half of Lot 15 Concession 1 EHS
Lot Area: 6.414 acres
Purpose: Minor Variance of Section 20(2)(c) and 5(1)(c)(ii) of Zoning Bylaw 78-1 to reduce the required front yard setback of 19.82 metres (65 feet) to 16.68 metres (54.75 feet) and to increase the permitted accessory lot coverage on a 6.41 acre parcel from the permitted 259.39 square metre (2792 square feet) to 277.78 square metres (2990 square feet), to permit construction of a 62.71 square metre (672 square feet) addition to an existing detached garage.
