Set to commence the week of June 1st on Lynda Ave. and the unopened Purple Road allowance, between Lynda Ave. & Hurontario St. The work will also include tree/vegetation maintenance within this area.

Construction is expected to take about two weeks to complete, weather permitting, with only minor traffic delays, at the intersection of Lynda Ave & Purple Rd.  During this time, all traffic control and signage will be carried out by Town staff and the Contractor.

This project is deemed essential as per sections of O. Reg. 82/20, enacted under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act.  To ensure safety of the public, municipal staff and the Contractor, additional protective measures have been put in place.

The Town and its Contractor will work to keep disruptions to a minimum.  Your patience during these improvements is appreciated.

If you have any questions or require clarification on the above, please do not hesitate to contact the Pubic Works Department by email publicworks@townofmono.com or by phone 519-941-3599 ext. 225.
