Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph (WDG) Public Health has opened pre-registration for COVID-19 vaccination for priority groups according to Ontario's Ethical framework for COVID-19 vaccine distribution. The public health unit is requesting that only individuals who are a part of the eligible group preregister and that any who are eligible should pre-register online as much as possible. Registering online is quick and easy and helps to ease the demand on the health unit's phone line capacity.

Who Can Pre-Register?

As of April 12, 2021, all residents of Mono and the region covered by the Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health Unit can pre-register.

Local vaccinations will continue to follow the Province's vaccination framework. That means many residents who just became eligible likely will not be vaccinated until June.

Get more information about what you will need to register and what happens after you pre-register.

How to Pre-Register

Please register by going to WDG's pre-registration website.

Online registration is strongly recommended. If you are unable to pre-register online yourself, please ask a family member or friend for assistance or call 1-800-265-7293 or 519-822-2715, extension 4506.
