Public Meeting

Council will be considering CVC's request for an exemption to the Town's Noise Bylaw (Bylaw 2004-14) at a Public Meeting on March 26, 2019 at 9:15 am.

Location: Council Chambers at the Town of Mono Municipal Office

The exemption requests relief from Section 3.1 of the bylaw, which restricts amplified music/noise beyond 5 pm. The exemption is for the following months/events:

  • One event in June, 2019 (Movie Night)
  • Three events in July, 2019 Canada Day, Islandpalooza, Movie Night)
  • Two events in August, 2019 (Movie Nights, Theatrical Performances)

The request will be considered during the March 26 Council Meeting.

Registration will be available online on February 15, 2019. Registration closes on April 30, 2019. Spots are limited and teams may fill up and close before April 30.
