The Town of Mono's Winter 2020 Newsletter included dates and times for the next landfill opening for tree and brush debris. While the dates included are correct, the times were incorrect and should be as follows:
- Saturday, June 13 from 8 am to 3 pm
- Wednesday, June 17 from 9 am to 1 pm
- Saturday, June 20 from 8 am to 3 pm
- Wednesday, June 24 from 9 am to 1 pm
We apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this may cause. In addition to this information on the website, the digital version of the Winter 2020 newsletter has been updated with the correct times and the Spring/Summer 2020 newsletter (Volume 8, Issue 2) will include the correct information.
Landfill Location
The landfill site is located at 795261 3rd Line EHS (between Mono Centre Road and 25 Sideroad).
Materials Allowed
Only tree and brush debris are allowed. The landfill site is not open for garbage or leaves in bags.
This service is being provided to Town of Mono residents only. Alternatively, residents can follow the guidelines of the County of Dufferin Leaf and Yard Waste Program.
