Summer Student Recreation Assistant
Reporting to the Director of Recreation, the individual should have an outgoing personality, be comfortable working with minimal supervision, and have access to transportation, including a valid G driver's licence. Preference will be given to candidates with current first aid and CPR training and soccer & gardening experience. Position is contingent upon obtaining a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check.
The position is full time (35 hours per week, including some evening hours), commencing May 21 to August 30, 2019.
- Overseeing Mono's Children's Summer Soccer program
- Daily maintenance of the Town's gardens and assisting the Director of Recreation with various administrative tasks.
