Mono nominated for tourism award
Mono has been nominated for a 2014 Headwaters Taste of Tourism Award.
Each year the Hill of Headwaters Tourism Association celebrates excellence in tourism and this year Mono On A Bike has been nominated in the category of Festival or Event of the Year.
2014 was the third year that the Town held Mono On A Bike. Held in September, MOAB, as it has become known, sees over a hundred enthusiastic cyclists set out on one of several cycling trails ranging from 7 to 35 kilometres.
